IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG P M TR P COS III Radiate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. PIETAS AVGVSTI / S - C Veiled Pietas standing right, holding acerrum in her left hand and dropping incense over lighted altar with her right. BMC 1231. Cohen 1044. RIC 475. Traces of overstriking on the reverse, otherwise, good fine.

This is a so-called 'Kraay overstrike', where the mint workers were using two different reverse dies alternately and rapidly at the same anvil, accidentally striking the reverse twice in succession with differing types.
